Michelle Bojrab-Wray
Michelle Bojrab-Wray is a leading Community Nutrition Strategist who partners with many local non-profit agencies and community members to improve the health within Fort Wayne and surrounding area. After spending over, a decade working with the underserved and uninsured community members in Allen County, Michelle knows what it takes to truly improve health outcomes in our community. It’s through the power of food and education with commitment to community members.
Under Michelle’s leadership, Parkview Health was most recently awarded the USDA’s GusNIP Produce Prescription grant which will serve 850 food insecure individuals with chronic illness.
She served as President of the Indiana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (IAND) during COVID-19. She has served as State Policy Representative and Community Outreach Chair for IAND. She was invited to be a part of the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana Leadership Institute Leadership Training and serves as a council advisor for the Fort Wayne Medical Education Programs Diabetes Self-Management Review Board.
Michelle holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and is recognized as a Fellow by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Mary Tyndall
Mary Tyndall is the Food Insecurity & Nutrition Program Officer for the St. Joseph Community Health Foundation, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As part of her work, Mary directs the Double Up Indiana program, funded in part by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Double Up provides customers a $1 for $1 match when they purchase fruits and vegetables with SNAP. In addition to her work with Double Up Indiana, Mary manages all food insecurity and nutrition grants for the Foundation, and directs the Our HEALing Kitchen program, which provides cooking and nutrition lessons for underserved populations.
