If you are a farmer looking to minimize risk or improve packshed shelf life of your harvests, their team is ready to answer any questions you may have. Their mission is to help improve the quality and safety of your produce from soil to sale, so this particular session will allow participants to engage in a produce Buyers Panel where they will learn from a panel of wholesalers and distributors about what they are looking for from their farmers in terms of quality and food safety.
