We can do almost all cuts from these including popular school cuts: ground beef, burger patties (5:1, 4:1, 3:1, 2:1, 2 oz sliders), sausage bulk/links/patties, bacon, deli meats (smoked turkey, ham, beef bologna), pre-shredded pulled pork, eggs, roast beef cuts (round, chuck), stew meat, maple syrup.

Fischer Farms is a 6th generation family farm. All products are raised in southern Indiana, butchered in a family owned/operated USDA inspected processor, cryovac foodservice packaged and cut and delivered fresh weekly. We have experience selling and delivering to universities and other schools.
