The Edible Schoolyard is looking forward to welcoming participants to the 2023 Virtual Summer Training in this opening workshop! Edible Schoolyard Project founder Alice Waters will offer some opening remarks, inspiration, and celebration of the global edible education movement. Then, Executive Director Ashley Rouse and Community Manager Russell Sterten will provide an overview of what to expect during the Virtual Summer Training, as well as facilitate a visioning exercise to support attendees in setting goals for their time in the workshops.
