Seth Grant—Associate Director of Food Strategy at Eskenazi Health

Seth Grant and his team have worked together to create a positive impact on Indiana Businesses. Seth Grant received the Spotlight Award from the Association of Healthcare Foodservice for his efforts to increase Eskenazi Health's local procurement. In 2014, only 3 percent of purchases were local products, but now it is well over 52 percent! At Eskenazi Health, food is medicine, and it has become a top priority at every level of leadership.
