Indian Creek High School Raises Career Awareness through Farm to School

The Creek Cattle Co. program at Indian Creek High School is an innovative, hands-on, farm-to-table initiative that gives young learners a unique opportunity to be intimately involved in every step of the beef production process. From caring for the cattle in the school barn to overseeing the processing and preparation of the meat, these students develop a true farm-to-table understanding and appreciation for the origins of their food.
