Northern Indiana student-raised beef program wins USDA grant

The Maconaquah Cattle Company, located on the main campus of the Maconaquah School Corporation, has received a $100,000 federal grant that will allow them to expand the program and raise more cows, which are eventually butchered and served at the schools’ cafeterias.
